THE NEW AND IMPROVED HOME PAGE SEARCH ENGINE
A Comprehensive Cellar at Your Fingertips! You don’t have to buy every one of these wines to find out what it tastes like. Fourteen international wine professionals have done that for you – tasted them blind – with food of similar palate weight – and written their individual objective opinions. This is the tool that will help you find an Award winning wine that will complement each and every dish on your Dinner Menu.
No more pondering, “What wine should I serve with this dish?” Just decide on the palate weight of the dish you wish to complement, then choose a suitable Category from the Wine Style drop down menu it offers. “OK, it’s Roast Pork and Crackling with Apple Sauce” I think a Medium Bodied Dry Red will do the trick. Click on the Medium Bodied Dry Red Category and any of the wines listed will meet your requirements. But let us say you generally prefer Shiraz. Just click the Main Grape Variety drop down Menu. Then, let’s say that $25 is the most you want to pay for your bottle. Enter that in thePrice drop down Menu. Hit Search – and there’s your Short List of recommendations. You only need to enter one item to conduct your search. Let’s say you are only interested in Pinot Noir. Enter it, hitSearch and a way you go. There are plenty of Pinot Noir Award winners to choose from.
Have fun!
