Riporto di seguito, le recensioni relative ai Brunello di Montalcino 2016, redatte dalla professionista molto preparata Kerin O’Keefe, corrispondente per l’Italia della rivista statunitense WineEnthusiast, il cui sito web è : Winemag.com
Furbescamente qualcuno in Italia, improvvisatosi giornalista del vino, proveniente da altri settori totalmente estranei alla materia vino, ha pensato di copiare il nome del sito americano, forse nella illusione o speranza di trarre in equivoco ( o inganno ) qualche azienda italiana e straniera !
Cosi’ dichiara Kerin nel suo sito :
“Ho assaggiato 199 delle nuove uscite di Brunello nel mio ufficio tra dicembre e gennaio: le degustazioni hanno rivelato una grandiosità dell’annata ma anche sfide che la denominazione deve affrontare. Le sessioni sono state di 20 vini al giorno “.
Gli improvvisati dichiarano invece di avere degustato oltre 190 vini in due mattinate di poche ore ognuna, quando ogni professionista serio sa perfettamente che è controindicato, poco serio e da incompetenti degustare piu’ di 30/40 vini in poche ore in una mattinata.
Per questo riporto, a titolo di dimostrazione della improvvisazione di certi personaggi, che da pochi anni si sono buttati a capofitto in questo mondo, pensando fosse una passeggiata per andare in giro per cantine e pranzi/cene a scrocco, di fianco ai punteggi della professionista quelli di un incompetente che si ritiene, a torto, un addetto ai lavori. Purtroppo in era di social e web il settore è sempre piu’ sovraffollato da improvvisati ed incompetenti. Dio ce ne scampi !!
